3 Quiet Gardens in Marrakech

You need a break from the crowded streets. Jardin Majorelle has long lines. I visited three peaceful green spaces in Marrakech. I recorded exact 2026 prices, hours, and directions. You get fresh air without the noise.

Cyber Park

This park sits right in the city center. You walk on clean paved paths among old trees. You find modern benches and free internet zones. The environment is silent and organized.

Prices

Garden access is free. The indoor internet workspace costs 5 MAD per person.

Hours

The park opens daily from 07:30 to 18:30. The paid workspace operates Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 18:30. Weekend workspace hours are 09:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:30.

Directions

Stand at the Koutoubia Mosque minaret. Face Avenue Mohammed V. Walk west along the avenue. You reach the main gates on your right after three to five minutes.

ANIMA Garden

This botanical garden sits outside the city. Andre Heller designed the space. You walk through dense plants and hidden art installations. The Atlas Mountains stand directly in the background.

Prices

Adult tickets cost 140 MAD. Children aged 12 to 16 pay 60 MAD. Children under 12 enter for free. Moroccan residents pay 60 MAD.

Hours

The garden opens daily from 09:00 to 18:00. The facility closes on Aid el Kebir.

Directions

Book the free shuttle online. The shuttle departs from the parking lot behind the Koutoubia Mosque. The morning bus leaves at 09:30 and returns at 13:00. The afternoon bus leaves at 14:30 and returns at 17:30.

Jardin de la Menara

This large olive grove features a massive water basin. A 19th century pavilion sits at the edge of the water. Local families come here to sit under the olive trees. The area offers wide views of the mountains.

Prices

Garden entry is free. Access to the historic pavilion costs 10 MAD.

Hours

The site opens daily from 09:00 to 17:00.

Directions

Take a petit taxi from Jemaa el Fna. The drive takes five to ten minutes. Expect to pay 30 to 50 MAD during the day. Night prices range from 40 to 60 MAD.
